DM: “You head to The Sharpened Edge. Kara looks up from her anvil, grunts in acknowledgment. ‘Blade still in one piece?’ she asks.”
Player 1: “Barely! Can you make it better?”
DM: “She takes your sword, examines it critically. ‘Hmph. Seen worse. Seen better. What are you thinking?’”
Player 2: “While they do that, I want to learn more about Felix Five.”
DM: “You head to The Owl’s Perch. Madame Corvina is feeding her crows when you enter. She mimics your voice: ‘I want to learn more about Felix Five.’ Then in her own caw: ‘Information has a price, friend.’”
